3.2 Project location and plant layout
The company is located in Xingtai Industrial Park, Changtai Economic Development Zone, Zhangzhou City. The plant area of the project is separated from the outside by a wall, and the plant area is surrounded by industrial construction land. The south side of the plant is adjacent to Fujian Huayang Superfiber Co., Ltd., and the land for construction of other industrial projects across the road is currently vacant; The west side of the plant area is close to the Gaopai Canal, and the west side of the Gaopai Canal is the land for other industrial construction projects. At present, there are cement mixing plants and stone plants. The west side of the plant area is the scattered residential buildings, gas stations and Chenjixian highway of Oushan Village. The road is the residential construction land of Oushan Village; The north side of the plant is close to the planned road of the industrial park, and the road is the land for other industrial construction projects. Currently, the plant is under construction; To the east is a hill slope, which is currently vacant. The geographical location of the project is shown in Figure 3-1, and the surrounding relationship and sensitive targets of the project area are shown in Figure 3-3.
Phase I acceptance project considers the plane and spatial relationship between the surrounding environment, process flow, structures and various facilities, so that all facilities form a coordinated whole. The project warehouse is close to the production workshop, facilitating the supply of raw and auxiliary materials and the storage of products, and reducing the energy consumption of production and transportation. The expansion workshop uses the existing vacant workshop of 2700m2 (divided into two areas, of which the expansion workshop 1 is the spinning workshop, covering an area of 2000m2, and the expansion workshop 2 is the twisting and shaping workshop, covering an area of 700m2). The sewage treatment station, the temporary storage site of hazardous waste, and the storage site of general solid waste are located in the northwest of the project. In combination with the surrounding environment of the plant, the necessary space and passage are reserved in the functional area, which meets the requirements of fire prevention, health and safety, The plane layout is reasonable.
